The Buchenois stables

You will love the ponies bred here at Buchenois. Six stalls (full and half livery), fenced paddocks, an all-year drained arena (50m x 25m). Perfect for experienced riders to stay along with their horse for a weekend or longer... Horses are also available for experienced riders with the necessary qualifications.

Rides are possible in spring, summer and autumn around the estate, either on horses, ponies or by cart. Treks on the long sandy beaches from La Faute-sur-mer to la Pointe d'Arçay are possible all year round by request.

Younger children can discover the joys of the equestrian world while being led on our Shetland ponies, either in the arena or around the estate (parental supervision required).

There is also the opportunity to fish for the invasive crayfish.
